Smt. Dube, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the directions given in Writ Petition No. 9751 of 2011 under order dated 08.05.2012, the petitioner had filed a comprehensive representation with regard to the petitioner's grievance. The said representation is filed on 07.06.2012. It is received by the respondents. The learned counsel submits that even the Secretary, Urban Development Department has communicated with respondent no. 2 and had sought the report from respondent no. 2.

Mr. Narwadkar, the learned counsel submits
2 wp 7149.19 that the petitioner has filed fresh representation for consideration.

It appears that pursuant to the earlier representation filed nothing had moved forward though the Scretary, Urban Development Department had considered the grievance and had called for the report from respondent no. 2.

Considering the above, it is for respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision upon the representation filed. Respondent no. 2 shall take decision upon the representation filed by the petitioner (Page No. 32) and so also take steps with regard to the letter dated 18.06.2018 of the Secretary, Urban Development Department (Exhibit L, Page No. 39). The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. The petitioner may also approach respondent no. 2, and if required file additional documents as may be sought by respondent no. 2. 5.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
