1.
This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 01-07-2022.
2.
We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the respective parties.
(2) 3.
It is undisputed that, on the one hand, some of the petitioners have already been found to be eligible in the light of the Government Resolution dated 12-04-2022, so as to earn their benefits in view of the judgment dated 31-102018. It is also undisputed that those petitioners who are either not found to be eligible or are under a scrutiny, would be informed independently as regards their eligibility which is taken care of in the said order.
4.
The learned AGP submits that the impression created by the last two sentences in paragraph No.1 is that all the petitioners in contempt petition Nos.238/2019 and 388/2019 are found eligible. The learned advocate for the
(3) petitioners agrees that some of the petitioners are being scrutinized and the authorities have been granted time by this court vide the conditions set out in paragraph No.8 of the said order.
5.
In view of the above, following sentences;
'The petitioners in both these petitions are found to be eligible. They would, thus, be given the benefits of the judgment of this court dated 31-102018'.
shall be replaced by the following sentences:- "Those petitioners, amongst the petitioners in these two contempt petitions, who have been found eligible
(4) today, would be given the benefits of the judgment of this court dated 31-102018".
6.
The corrected copy of the order be uploaded.
