13.07.2018 P.C. :- By way of the present application. The applicant prays for withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,01,950=00. It is submitted that the said amount is deposited by the respondent/management in this Court. It is submitted that the amount is due and payable to respondent No.1.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he is having no objection for withdrawal the amount. Then he prays that as the Contempt Petition is of year 2012 and as per his instructions the order passed by this Court of which contempt is alleged is fully complied by the respondents the contempt petition may be heard. At this time we are not in a position hear the Contempt Petition and the respondents may pray accordingly for early hearing of
( 2 ) ca7622.18 the petition by way of filing Civil Application. As the learned counsel for the respondent is having no objection for withdrawal of the amount, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of accordingly.

This Court is not in position to hear the Contempt Petition right now due to pausity of time and the other matters which are already pending in this Court are due for admission hearing.
