This is for third time, an application is moved for extension of time. We had directed the present applicants to decide the appeals as directed by this Court in Writ petition No. 1697/2018. Twice, the time was extended. It is contended that there are 478 charges leveled and about 570 records of loan accounts are included into the statutory enquiry held under section 77 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

If the delinquent and the persons concerned with the enquiry are not cooperating, the authority can proceed further, by passing coercive orders against 1/2

them. We extend time by four months from today as a last chance. No further extension would be granted. 3.

Civil Application disposed of.
