The applicant is seeking restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed in default for non removal of the office objections with a prayer to condone the delay.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondents/State.

Having heard both the sides, considering the fact that it is a dispute regarding social status, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the petition be restored subject to the following conditions :

(a) Petitioner deposits costs of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) within two weeks in this Court. (b) Remove the office objections also within four weeks.
