The Petitioner is a minor. His claim of belonging to "Thakur", Scheduled Tribe, category is pending adjudication from 19.10.2021. His paternal cousin brother, namely, Aditya Ranjitsingh Thakur, has been granted the validity certificate by this Court in Writ Petition No.889/2020, by order dated 22.12.2020.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:-

(b) The Petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation to the Committee for the expeditious disposal of the claim and would refrain from seeking adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceeding. kps (SANJAY A.
