work orders by the Zilla Parishad or various works which are subject matters of the present writ petition, are seeking intervention in the aforesaid writ petition. They have apprehension that if any adverse order is passed by this Court against them, great prejudice would be caused to them.

In view of above, we allow these Civil Applications. 4.

Non-applicant no.5 / petitioner shall add the applicants as party respondents in the writ petition. The amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. The petitioner shall serve copy of the papers and proceedings upon the newly added respondents within one week thereafter. The newly added respondents would be at liberty to file an affidavit-in-reply within one week from the date of receipt of papers and proceedings. Copy of the same to be served upon the learned Counsel for the petitioner simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
