Admittedly, there is delay in preferring the appeal under Section 7(7) of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. 3.

Read the communication made by the Advocate informing that the Industrial Court has refused to accept the proceedings on the ground of having been barred by limitation. 4.

Learned Judge of the Industrial Court concerned, shall register the proceedings and then decide, whether those have been filed within limitation or not. The petitioners to comply with the proviso (2) of Section 7(7) of the Payments of Gratuity Act.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
