On 02.05.2023, we had passed the following order :- "1.

The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses C and D as under:- "(c) Issue writ or writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in like nature and The Respondent may kindly be directed to revoke the suspension order dated 28/02/2022 issued to the Petitioner otherwise it may be quashed and set aside with directions to the Respondents for giving regular assignment/ work to the petitioner at Aurangabad khs/Mar.2024/4736

(d) The Respondents may be directed not to transfer/ not to change headquarter of the petitioner during the continuation of academic year.."

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14.06.2023. The learned Advocate Shri Deshpande waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.2.

Considering the grave and serious allegations levelled upon the Petitioner pertaining to sexual harassment, not against just one lady employee, but in view of similar acts committed against several lady employees, we are not granting any interim relief at this stage."

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on specific instructions that the Petitioner has preferred an appeal u/s 18 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions, since the Respondents have no objection for such withdrawal.
