The petitioner shall pay court fee in respect of the institutions enlisted in the list at Exh. A Page 14.

The petitioner is assailing letter dated 26.7.2018. The petition would be premature as orders are not passed by the authorities as yet. The communication made in the Writ Petition is very clear. It states that before taking any action the authority shall take action against those who are guilty.

Naturally when the reply is given by the members of the petitioner Association, the said reply certainly will have to be considered by the authorities before passing any orders.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
