1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioners Shri Vibhute.

2] According to the petitioners, they have completed internship of MBBS Course. The petitioners are required to execute the bond for a period of one year. Since the validation proceedings are pending, internship completion certificate is not being issued to the petitioners. The petitioners are unable to execute bond and undergo the bond period without issuance of internship completion certificate. 3] Learned Counsel Shri Vibhute states that unless the petitioners are issued internship completion certificates, they are unable to execute the bond.

4] Learned Counsel Shri Deshpande for respondent no.3 in Writ Petition No.6373/2021 and Shri Gangakhedkar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 in Writ Petition No.6375/2021 state that despite availing several opportunities, the caste validity certificates are not produced. 5] In view of this, the following order is passed :

ORDER

i] The petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 15th June, 2021 and co-operate for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

ii] The Committee shall decide the proceedings preferably within six [06] months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

iii] In case, the petitioners are required to undergo bond period, if the petitioners are otherwise eligible, the respondents may not withhold issuance of internship completion certificate only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending, as the petitioners have to undergo the bond period.

iv] The respondents are at liberty to take further course of action depending upon outcome of the validation proceedings pending before the Scrutiny Committee. [M.G.SEWLIKAR, J.] DDC
