Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, the learned APP for the State and the learned Advocate for Assist to P. P. Perused the papers on record.

The Crime No.0083/2025 came to be registered with Camp Bhingar Police Station, Ahilyanagar on 23.02.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 189(2), 191(3), 191(2), 190, 352, 351(3), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The said Crime is registered against in all Seven (7) Accused persons

including the Applicants.

Since the Applicant Nos.1 and 2 were arrested, the Application does not survive to the extent of Applicant Nos.1 and 2. 4.

The case of the Prosecution is that, on account of parking vehicle by Applicant No.1 in front of the house of the Informant, the quarrel took place. The quarrel became violent. The Accused persons assaulted the Informant and his family members by using sharp weapons and sticks. The Witnesses suffered injuries in the assault. 5.

The Papers show and it is not in dispute that the family of the Informant and the Applicants are related to each other. There are previous two Reports by the family members of the Applicants against the Informant and his family members. This shows that the relations between the parties are not cordial. The medical papers show fracture to the Informant on his back. The order dated 02.05.2025 of this Court shows that after considering all the aspects of the matter including the injury suffered by the Informant, granted Interim protection to the Applicant Nos. 3 to 5 on certain conditions. It is nobodies case that the Applicant Nos. 3 to 5 misused the interim protection. Nothing more transpired in the investigation so far. The situation remains the same as was existing at the time of granting Interim Protection by this Court. Under such circumstances, I am inclined to confirm the Interim

Protection and hence the order.

ORDER

(i) The Interim Protection dated 02.05.2025 is confirmed. (ii) The Application stands disposed off.
