PER COURT :- 1.

The Petitioner, is in the 12th standard. Her father was aware that she desires to take admission to a professional course, on the basis of the claim of belonging to Rajgond S.T. category. He moved a proposal as late as on 30.12.2022. She has now appeared for her 12th standard examination in March, 2023. The Petitioner prays for an early decision.

The learned A.G.P. for the committee submits that this Court has been passing orders in almost 10 to 20 matters every day, directing the committee to decide the claim within a time frame. Thousand of orders are passed by this court which have piled up before the Committee and there is a tremendous load on the

4777.2023WP -2committee. At least in the matters, wherein the Petitioners have approached late, this Court may refrain from passing any order. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with an expectation that the committee would decide the claim of the Petitioner by 31.10.2023. The Petitioner shall render wholehearted cooperation to the committee and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable grounds, lest the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.
