This is an Application for condonation of 323 days delay caused in filing the application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased - Sunil Baban Wadekar.

The original Appellants were claimants before the learned Tribunal. The claim was under the Motor Vehicles Act for compensation towards the death of son of the Appellants. Appellant No. 2, who was the father of the deceased, died. This application is filed to bring on record Applicant Nos. 2A, 2B and 2C, who are wife, daughter and son of SG Punde

2 945CA151.2025.odt deceased. On going through the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 152 OF 2025 : - 3.

This is an Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased/Appellant, who died during the pendency of the Appeal, who are the original claimants before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. It was injury claim. Since he died, this Application is filed by wife, daughter and son.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
