1. Heard.

2. Respondent no.3 is directed to submit proposal of the petitioner after seeking material particulars in the light of the relevant policy / regulations for appointment on compassionate ground as disclosed in Schedule A of the Government Resolution dated 31st December, 2002, issued by the School Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within two months from today.

3. Upon receiving the proposal from respondent no.3, complete in all sense in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the Government Resolution dated 31st December, 2002, issued by the School Education Department, and in particular Schedule A thereof, the Education Officer, respondent no.2 to take decision on the said proposal in accordance with the relevant Government policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within one month from receiving such proposal.

4. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
