Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the circumstances referred to in contents of the application, the amount could not be deposited pursuant to order dated 09-10-2017 passed by this court within the stipulated period. He further submits that now even the cheque is ready. 2.

Learned counsel for the claimant has no particular objection for extending the period to deposit amount in this court. 3.

In view of aforesaid, application is allowed.
