In First Appeal No.1336/2008, the amount awarded by the SLAO of Rs.3087/- for acquiring the land is enhanced by the Reference Court to Rs.63,000/-.

In First Appeal No.1338/2008, the amount awarded by the SLAO of Rs.4287/- for acquiring the land is enhanced by the Reference Court to Rs.92,500/-.
