The prayer is for restoration by recalling the order dated April 15, 2024.

There is delay of 331 days. We deem it appropriate to recall the order dismissing the Writ Petition as the Petitioner assure to deposit Rs. 2,000/- to the High Court Bar Association Library, Aurangabad within a period of one week and shall also place on record acknowledgment thereof within the aforesaid period.

In case the copies are not supplied and acknowledgment of payment of cost is not produced, the Umesh
