1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] The Hon'ble Minister has directed the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad to ascertain the date of registration of the respondent no.5 and in the event it is found that the date of registration of the respondent no.5 is 2nd July, 2017, the Authority concerned to grant licence of the fair price shop to the respondent no.5. In the event it is found that the date of registration is 1st September, 2019, the respondent no.5 would not be entitled to the licence of the fair price shop.

5071.22WP 3] However, in the interregnum, till the Supply Officer determines the fair price shop, the existing status quo would continue to operate.

4] The District Supply Officer to complete the process as directed by the Hon'ble Minister within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order. 5] With the above observations, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
