PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in 4th year B.Tech. The validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2015. The same is not yet decided.

The A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 4.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of the appearance of

(2) 4-wp-6502-2019 the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 19.07.2019. The respondent nos.2 and 3 may not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The result of the petitioner shall not be withheld only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. However, the petitioner shall not be issued with the decree certificate unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
