The petitioners herein have not availed remedy of appeal. It, however, appears that the similarly placed persons - respondents against whom same action was initiated under the same notice, had first approached the Appellate Authority and after having been unsuccessful in that proceeding, approached this Court in writ petition. This Court, vide judgment and order dated 26.04.2022 in Criminal Writ Petition No.268 of 2022 along with the

(( 2 )) 907-Cri-WP-644-2022 connected writ petitions, allowed the said writ petitions setting aside the orders passed by the authorities below. The case of the present petitioners is similarly placed. They have, however, not availed remedy of appeal. They may approach the Appellate Authority and submit before the same the order of the Division Bench of this Court to seek appropriate reliefs.

With this liberty, the criminal writ petition stands disposed of with ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) for next two weeks.
