We have heard Mr Talhar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr Tope, learned Counsel for respondent no.2, Mr Karpe, learned Counsel for respondent no.5 and Mr Tribhuwan, learned Counsel for respondents no.4 and 5. 2.

We have disposed of Writ Petition bearing No.5820 of 2020, filed by the present respondent no.3, relegating the petitioner to the authority as contemplated under the policy. The petitioners may, if they so desire, represent themselves before the said authority, where the respondent no.3 would take up the proceeding.

With these observations, the Writ Petition disposed of. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
