Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 28.02.2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad in Appeal No. SRTMU-11/2021. The petitioner herein approached the learned Presiding Officer challenging the inaction on the part of the management thereby not continuing his services.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal. The petitioner herein came to be appointed against a lien vacancy and he has accepted to work on the lien vacancy. After completion of the lien period, when the regular employee joined on the same post, the petitioner who was appointed on stop gap arrangement on the said

927-wp-6608-2022.odt (2) lien vacancy was not having any legal right to continue on the said post. All these facts are already considered by the learned Tribunal. 4.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 28.02.2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad in Appeal No. SRTMU-11/2021. 5.

The petition sans merit and the same is hereby dismissed. No order as to cost.
