O R D E R :- C.A. NO. 481 OF 2025 The applicant - Insurance Company seeks to condone the delay of 357 days caused in filing the appeal. From the contents of the application it appears that delay is caused on account of administrative reasons. Under such circumstances, delay cannot be said to be intentional and deliberate. The applicant cannot be said to have derived any disadvantage by making delay.

2, The contents of the application are not controverted by filing reply.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application the delay is sufficiently explained. Hence, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

Statement is not controverted by learned advocate for claimants. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
