On perusal of record, it appears that earlier Advocate Mr. Kishorkumar B. Borde appeared on behalf of the applicant. However, learned counsel appearing for the applicant informs this court that by following relevant procedure, Advocate Mr. K.B. Borde has taken discharge from the matter.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that henceforth the applicant undertakes to attend the hearing of present application through advocates on recored on dates

Upon careful perusal of contents of paragraph No. 8 of the application, the applicant - original petitioner has tendered unconditional apology for his absence or absence of his earlier counsel.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and accordingly order dated 7th April, 2017 passed by this Court, in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1150 of 2013 is recalled.

List the main petition on 3rd May, 2017.
