The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed applications under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the same are yet not decided by respondent no.1.

Notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no.1 and 3 and learned Counsel Mr Dande accepts notice for respondent no.2. 3.

In case the applications filed by the petitioners under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 are pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, after haring all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within nine
