This is an application for effecting service on respondent no.7 through newspaper publication. For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

Office to issue notice to respondent no.7, returnable 14.11.2025, for publication in the Daily Punya Nagari in Dombiwali (East) edition. Applicant shall bear the expenses.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 9854 OF 2025 .

This is an application seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4, namely, Bhaskar Mahadu Patil (Salunke). It is submitted by learned Advocate for the applicant that the respondent no.4 is died during the pendency of this Civil Revision Application. A short delay of 25 days has arisen to collect the information of all the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4. 2.

Mr. S. P. Salgar, learned Advocate for the applicant further submits that the information of the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 is gathered by the applicants and the amendment in the title clause of the Civil Revision Application thereby carrying respondent nos.4A to 4D in the capacity of legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 is sought vide present application. 3.

Learned Advocate Mr. V. B. Patil, for the respondent nos.4 and 5 fairly placed his no objection to allow the Civil Application.

In view of above, following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'.

b.

The delay of 25 days caused in filing the present Civil Application stands condoned.

c.

The applicant is permitted to amend the title clause of the Civil Revision Application, thereby incorporating the names of present respondent nos.4A to 4D as legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4.

d.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. e.

Leave to correct the prayer clauses.
