DATED : 15 th June, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard Smt. Nima R.Suryawanshi, learned counsel for applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Smt. Pratibha Bharad for the respondent/State in extenso. 2] The present application is filed by the present applicants since they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No. 62 of 2015, registered with Shirpur Police Station, Distruct Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 307, 143, 148, 149, 341, 336, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] The first information report is lodged by Vikas Hari Marathe against 17 persons on the allegation that on 14.3.2015 when he had been to the examination center of Bhatane village, that time a quarrel was picked up by some of the accused persons. Thereafter, he came back. When

crap2422.15 the first informant was coming from his agricultural field, that time the present applicants along with others started giving abusive words and that time one Ravindra Ighan Salve gave sickle blow on Bhupesh, due to which he injured. The further allegation against the present applicants is that, that time present applicants gave fist and kick blows. These are the only allegations against the present applicants. 4] In that view of the matter the interim order passed by this court on 7.5.2015 is confirmed.

5] Application is disposed of.
