Even otherwise, if the amendment is allowed, the non applicants will have every right to controvert the averments by filing affidavit to the petition. Writ petition is not yet admitted. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed of. Amendment be carried out within a week.
