Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2, on instructions, makes a statement that not only the charge has been framed before the trial Court but the recording of evidence is in progress and already evidence of three witnesses have been recorded. 2.

In this application there is prayer for quashing the F.I.R. bearing no. Crime No. I-33 of 2017 for the offence u/s. 306 r/w 34 of I.P.C. registered at Shevgaon Police Station. In view of the subsequent developments after filing this application, the prayer of the applicant for quashing the F.I.R. cannot be considered. In that view of the matter, the application stands rejected.
