Learned Counsel Mrs. Bhagyashree Kamble holding for Rajebhosale Sandeep B. for the appellant and Mr. Abhijit G. Choudhari Abhijit, learned Counsel for the respondent no.4/ Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., are present before the Panel today. They tender on record the terms of settlement which is marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification. 2.

With the assistance of learned Counsels, we have ascertained the identification of appellants who are present today. They confirm the terms of settlement.

As per the terms of settlement, the respondent no.4/ Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only)

948-FA-1595-2015 -2towards full and final settlement in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Aurangabad within a period of six weeks from today. The same shall be treated as an Undertaking. 5.

On depositing the amount, the same alongwith accrued interest, shall be disbursed to the appellants/claimants. 6.

The appellants shall pay additional court fees on enhanced compensation.

7.

The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X and the minutes of the order passed today. 8.

The Court fees shall be refunded as per rules. 9.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

10.

Civil Application pending if any, is disposed of. 11.

Record and Proceeding if any, be remitted back to the concerned Court/Tribunal.
