The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under:- "B) The Respondent Nos.2 committee may kindly be directed to decide and finalise the Tribe Claim verification proceedings of the petitioner of Gond Schedule Tribe which are pending since 23.03.2021, as early as possible."

With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- (a) The Committee shall decide the claim of the Petitioner on or before 31.08.2023.
