Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The respondents, despite service, remained absent. 2.

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 310 days in filing second appeal. There is no opposed to the application, but considering the delay of 310 days, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks. The second appeal be registered after removal of office objections, of any. After registration of the appeal, stand over to 20.07.2024.
