Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. He submits that, the nomination of the respondent No.5 is rejected by the election authority, so also the appellate authority.

The elections are at an advanced stage. I do not see any patent illegality in the orders passed by the authority. The petitioner is at liberty to raise his all grievances before the appropriate authority by filing appropriate petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty as above.
