In both these petitions, the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007, is assailed, wherein decision is taken to allot Kerosene license to self-help groups. The said Government Resolution has been upheld by this Court in W.P.No.698/2008 with connected Writ Petitions. The Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court is subsequently upheld by the Apex Court.

In light of the above, the issue involved in the present

petitions is no longer res-integra. The present Petitions also would meet the same fate. As such the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
