By placing on record the copy of communication dated 16/09/2005, learned AGP submits that demand of Rs.19,66,355/- is raised to the Government for paying compensation to petitioner. 2.

The Government shall release the said amount within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of said amount, the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
