Heard Mr.Kolpe, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The registration was refused in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.27285/2012 since the Applicant/ Petitioner failed to remove the office objections.

By this Civil Application, it is prayed that the delay of 397 days be condoned and the order of the Registrar dated 01.04.2013 be recalled.

*2* ca.1287.15.941 For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the delay of 397 days is condoned subject to the Applicant/ Petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) with the Bar Library of the Advocates' Association, High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad Bench within a period of THREE WEEKS from today.

The Applicant/ Petitioner shall also remove the office objections within a period of THREE WEEKS from today. If either of the conditions as directed above is not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar dated 01.04.2013 shall be restored.
