The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents not to release the petitioner from Varvati Primary Health Center and also seeks direction to fix the salary in appropriate pay scale. 2.
We have heard Mr. More, learned counsel for the petitioner and the
( 2 ) wp 5255.15 learned counsel for respondents.

The affidavit is filed by the respondents stating that Sub Center Sakud is now under jurisdiction of Ghatnandur center. The petitioner was sent on deputation and was directed to leave the charge at Rakshwadi. The petitioner is posted at her original place. The said grievance now would not subsists. It is further submitted that, the petitioner is promoted as Lady Health Visitor (LHV) at Ghatnandur Primary Health Center. So grievance in respect of transfer has been redressed and that she is working at Ghatnandur as Lady Health Visitor. 4.
As far as pay fixation is concerned, the petitioner may given appropriate representation to respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Upon receipt of the same, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall take decision upon it expeditiously as per the rule within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
