The learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the location with regard to Dhor Jalgaon (Ne) for starting a new Arts, Science and Commerce College, can be deleted from the petition since the petitioner does not desire to raise any grievance as regards the said location. In view of the said statement, the said location of the Arts, Science and Commerce College, Dhor-Jalgaon (Ne) stands deleted from Writ Petition No. 5600 of 2022. Amendment, if any, to be carried out within eight weeks.

In view of the above, the Civil Application No. 5556 of 2023 stands disposed off.
