ORDER

This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Swapnil Dargad holding for Mr. S. G. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant is present. Learned counsel Mr. Chetan V. Bhadane for respondent No. 1 to 3 is present. The learned Advocate for appellant, on instructions, submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Dhule in MACP No. 83/2010.

The learned Advocate for appellant also fled withdrawal pursis which is marked as "X".

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the

appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant with this Court be permitted to be withdrawn by claimants as per award passed by concerned M.A.C.T. with interest accrued. 6.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act. 7.
