The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur has conducted hearing upon the objection of the petitioners with regard to the promotion of respondent no. 9, but the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents no. 1 to 5, and submits that in case the hearing has been conducted by the Deputy Director of Education upon the objection of the petitioners and the same is not decided, then the authority would decide it on its own merits, expeditiously. 3.

In view of the above statement, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
