The learned A.G.P. waives notice of respondents. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Committee is not accepting the proposal only on the ground that the caste certificate issued to the petitioner is not in proper form 'C'.

The petitioner may apply to the Sub Divisional Officer, Amalner for

( 2 ) wp 4481.18 issuance of certificate in form 'C' and surrender the original certificate which is issued to the petitioner on 28.09.2015. The S.D.O. after satisfying himself about the genuineness of the said certificate issue caste certificate in proper form 'C'.
