Mr.Mohekar, learned counsel submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff is rejected and the same is sought to be assailed in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is filed seeking directions against the Respondents to grant approval to the five (5) staff members.

We have heard Mr.Ingole Patil, learned counsel for the Respondent and learned A.G.P.

The Writ Petition is pending admission. Even otherwise,

the Respondents will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In view of that, the Civil Application No.5505/2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen (14) days.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
