The dispute is about the leave encashment of the petitioner. The respondents have sanctioned leave encashment of 157 days. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled for leave encashment of 300 days. 2.

This Court would not enter into the said issue.

The petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Nanded and place the relevant material on record. The Chief Executive Officer, shall after considering the record decide the extent of the leave encashment benefit admissible to the petitioner. The same be done within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
