The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. I-83 of 2020 registered with Savada Police Station, Taluka Raver, District Jalgaon for the ofences punishable under Sections 302 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarli, situated co-accused has been granted bail. Hence, the applicant deserves pariti. Hence, the following order :-

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Gulab Shah @ Raju S/o Dawood Shah be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent
