The petitioner has questioned the order dated 22/4/2015 passed by learned District Judge-3, Ahmednagar in Miscellaneous Appeal No.178/14 as well as the order dated 12/12/2014 passed below Exh.5 by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar in Regular Civil Suit No.518/13.

2] On perusal of both the orders, I do not find any reason to interfere in the said orders. Though it was sought to be contended that both the Courts have ignored the principles for grant of temporary injunction, factually I do not find any substance in the submission so made. Writ Petition is devoid of any substance and hence is liable to be rejected. It is accordingly rejected. (P.R.BORA,J.) umg/
