The learned counsel submits that the proposal is forwarded by the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council Parbhani to the State Government (Page 15) for regularization of the services. The name of the petitioner is included in the same. The proposal is pending for almost two years. The same is not decided.

In case the proposal (page 15) is pending with the State Government for regularization of the services, the respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits preferably within 9 months. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
