DATE: 27th September, 2018 PER COURT:- Heard learned Counsel for the applicants/original claimants and learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 Insurance Company.

In Civil Application No.201 of 2015, though, the learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons as are assigned are insufÏcient for condoning the delay, after perusal of the explanation given for condoning the delay, I find that the delay has been sufÏciently explained. Hence, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) Civil Application No.201 of 2015 is allowed and disposed of.

II) The delay of 244 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

III) Appeal be registered in accordance with law.

IV) On registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 11.10.2018. Shri M.M.Bhokarikar, learned Counsel waives notice for the original claimants.

V) Call Record and Proceedings.

VI) Stand over to 11.10.2018.
