In spite of suffcient opportunities having been granted to the original petitioner, no reply has been fled to this application. By this application, the applicant seeks his impleadment to the writ petition on the ground that he has been appointed in the vacancy created due to the termination of the petitioner, by following due process of law and, therefore, he is vitally interested in the outcome of the present petition as the same would naturally affect him.

Considering the submissions made above, Civil

{2} ca549116.odt Application No.5491 of 2016 is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to implead the applicant as Respondent No.4 to the present petition. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Upon amendment being carried out, Mr.R.I.Wakade, advocate waives notice for newly added Respondent No.4.
