This matter is heard for some time. The learned Advocates have taken instructions from their respective clients and submit that the matter can be resolved by disposing off this petition and preserving the 1/7th share, which would come to the petitioner sister for an amount of about Rs.55,00,000/-, plus accrued interest till 30/11/2019.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

The brothers are at liberty to withdraw their shares of the acquisition compensation in Regular Civil Suit No.135/2018 and the amount equal to 1/7th share and accrued interest till 30/11/2019, which would come to the share of the plaintiff if she succeeds in the suit, shall be invested in fixed deposit receipt so that the amount would gather interest.

Needless to state, the Trial Court would decide the suit on its own merits.
